These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all services provided by Cruisers Seaside Global Limited in the processing of Visa application and other related services for their clients. All visa requests made by Cruisers Seaside Limited clients are subjected to the terms and condition set out herein.

1. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited act as an agent on behalf of their clients in the submission of application for visa and ancillary services to the appropriate institutions and/or immigration authorities.

2. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited shall not be held responsible for cost { directly or consequential} incurred due to any delay arising from incomplete visa application form, inaccurate /false information or documentation provided, or as a result of circumstances outside Cruisers Seaside’s control.

3. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited reserves the right to return any passport without the requested visa if the passport or the documents provided do not comply with the requirement or if there is insufficient time to process the visa.

4. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited bears no responsibility for cost incurred by an applicant or any secondary applications while waiting for a visa to be finalized by the immigration authorities. These cost may include but are not limited to cost of flight, rent of accommodation, and loss of earnings or any other costs.

5. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited will not be held responsible should the immigration authorities or any other third party change their rules, regulation or processing requirements. If that change has a direct affect on timeline for delivery. However, Cruisers Seaside Global Limited will use its best endeavors to minimize any delay or inconvenience caused in this respect.

6. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited is a private company and do not have authority to grant visa of any kid. We cannot guarantee a positive result on visa application. The final decision on all applications rests with the relevant organization responsible for issuing that result.

7. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited cannot influence any decision made by a immigration authorities ; any delay by any immigration authority in the issuing of a visa; or a decision to refuse to grant the visa.

8. It is the client responsibility to provide Cruisers Seaside Global Limited with all the required information and documentation concerning the application. However, Cruisers Seaside Global Limited may assist ,where necessary, to provide documentation and any subsequent documentation subject to clients request.

9. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited cannot lodged a visa application until it has a complete documentation and any subsequent documentation requested by Cruisers Seaside Global Limited from the applicant.

10. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited will use and rely on information provided by the clients in the provision of services to them. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited will not independently verify or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.

11. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited shall not be held responsible for any changes in immigration policy which affect the eligibility of a visa application at any stage while a visa application at any stage while a visa application is being process by immigration authorities.

12. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited shall not be responsible to provide the relevant medical form /vaccination cards to a clients, should health examination be required. Hence Cruisers Seaside Global Limited has no part in the process of carrying out these medicals or providing these medical result to the Immigration Authorities for further processing.

13. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited will not provide any service {including the lodgment of a visa application} until payment has been made to Cruisers Seaside Global Limited in full for that service.

14. Our prices may need to be changed without prior notice as our prices are governed by the exchange rates and changes in immigration costs.

15. As soon as the payment is received , the client is deemed to have engaged service of Cruisers Seaside Global Limited. Once the service the been provided to the client it cannot be returned. Where visa is denied, visa processing fees are nonrefundable.

16. If, after requesting for visa application with Cruisers Seaside Global Limited you wish to withdraw the visa application and that application has not been submitted to the Immigration Authorities,10% of the amount paid shall be deducted a assessment and/or administration fees.

17. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited reserve the right to not to provide any service without the client agreeing to our terms and condition as set out here.

18. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited is entitle to include addition Terms& Conditions should the need arise. The requested for lodgment of an application to Cruisers Seaside Global Limited by web, post, pone, email, constitute agreement to these Terms and Condition. including amendment thereto, by the customers.

19. Cruisers Seaside Global Limited will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused by an embassy/consulate issuing an incorrect visa or incorrect details on a visa as this is out of our control.
